FAQ: FAQ

Cancellation Policy

We reflect the cancellation policy of the aircraft operator clearly before booking and always endeavour to minimise costs in the event you need to cancel.  We never charge a service fee in these circumstances.

What is an empty leg?

An empty leg is a flight which has no passengers.  For example an aircraft takes off in London with 6 passengers drops them in New York and then returns to London with no passengers.  The flight from NYC back to LDN is an empty leg otherwise known as a ferry leg.  These can be extremely cost effective and are environmentally efficient but come with an element of risk of booking a standard charter flight.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All flights must be paid for in advance (unless in exceptional emergency circumstances) via bank transfer.  We can accept credit cards but most operators charge a minimum cc fee of 5%.  We can hold a retaining balance if you prefer to do fewer transfers annually, which you can top up as and when required.
